Directions to BHG Nashville Treatment Center

From 65 south: Take I-65 south to exit 209.  Turn right on Charlotte Ave.  Approximately 1 mile after you turn on Charlotte Avenue you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your right.

From 65 north: Take I-65 north to exit 209. Turn left onto Charlotte Ave. Approximately 1.1 miles after you turn on Charlotte Avenue you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your right.

From 24 east: Take I-24 east to I-65 south. Take I65 south to exit 209.  Turn right on Charlotte Ave.  Approximately 1 mile after you turn on Charlotte Avenue you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your right.

From 24 west: Take I-24 west to I-40 west/I-65 north. Take exit 209. Turn left onto Charlotte Ave. Approximately 1.1 miles after you turn on Charlotte Avenue you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your right.

From 40 east: Take I-40 east to exit 205. Merge onto Alabama Ave. Turn right onto 51st Ave. Take first left onto Charlotte Ave. Approximately 2.1 miles after you turn on Charlotte Ave. you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your left.

From 40 west: Take I-40 west to I-40 west/I-65 north. Take exit 209. Turn left onto Charlotte Ave. Approximately 1.1 miles after you turn on Charlotte Avenue you will arrive at BHG Nashville Treatment Center which will be on your right.

BHG Nashville Treatment Center Services:

Our outpatient opioid addiction treatment center addresses each patient’s physical opioid addiction with either Methadone or Buprenorphine medications in combination with counseling and skill development. The choice of which medication each patient will try will usually be decided by the patient in consultation with his/her physician.
